Arnold Ramirez brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management
to Revenue Xceleration. Mr. Ramirez's core expertise in the employer
services marketplace has led his career into the areas of marketing
strategy, consulting, sales development and sales team management
and creating business processes. He has extensive experience in
hiring, growing, and developing sales teams. In 1991, he joined
ADP in San Antonio, Texas. During his tenure, he became one of only
four individuals to receive the prestigious Board of Directors Award
an unparalleled four times. This award represents the highest of
achievements at ADP. He received this award as an individual contributor,
sales director, and as a sales executive. In 1999 he relocated to
Denver, Colorado and grew the Rocky Mountain Region (CO, UT & WY)
to unprecedented levels of production.
In 2003, Mr. Ramirez joined Top Line Tactics. Mr. Ramirez was responsible for delivery and implementation of end-to-end sales processes, management methodologies, and monitoring mechanisms which produced high impact, immediate sales acceleration. In 2004, Mr. Ramirez founded Revenue Xceleration. His responsibilities include developing key strategic relationships, creating the sales representative programs and delivery on key marketing contracts. He developed the RevX Independent Sales Representative Network to provide sales associates with the tools, professional coaching, and products needed to succeed in the employee benefits and payroll markets.
