With our extensive knowledge in the Employer Services industry we understand the profiles and have the appropriate candidates available to make an impact in your organization. Revenue Xceleration can offer recruiting services through our Contingency Placement Program or through RevX’s Workforce Optimization Program.

Contingency Placement service means there is no cost to you, the Employer, until a successful candidate is identified and accepted by you. Fees for contingency services range depending on the position and can be done on a percentage basis or flat fee. All contingency placements come with a 90-day replacement guarantee.

As an alternative RevX provides a unique opportunity for you to mitigate your risk. With our unique Workforce Optimization Program, RevX will:

• Source the appropriate pool of sales candidates
• Hire the appropriate candidate for your organization
• Completely train the sales associate (s)
• Have the associate productive in YOUR territory BEFORE you hire the associate
• You make the hiring decision once you are satisfied

This is a program which can take junior-level sales people through a rigorous training program and places them, fully-trained and groomed, on contract at your company. You have no obligation to hire them until you are confident they are both a cultural fit and a productive employee.
